Archimed MRO is a MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaoul) Client/Server software, designed and developed for safe, reliable, stable and predictable maintemamce work in the areas of energy, transport and infrastructure. Archimed MRO provides automation in planning, implementation and monitoring of all maintenance activities, both for capital and emergency repairs, based on the Configuration changes.

The solution has been developed after the requirements of IAEA, and is proven in real life on site inside Metsamor Nuclear Power Plant of Armenia.

The basic functionality of Archimed MRO is divided into subsystems which provide easy to follow workflows, based on customer's role.

Archimed MRO manage data and automate processes in the following areas:

  • Equipment management - storing data in a structured way for the specifications of technological systems, machines, buildings and premises, resources and components. Defines the structure of the equipment used and the technical elements, their location, current staturs, MTBF records, rapair history and changes;

  • Planning the maintenance activities - provides the relevant data for building plans for capital repairs, preventive maintenanace, renovation along wiht planning schedules and periods. Manages the data of the types of maintenance and repairs from the planning stage to the stage of reporting. This subsystem is the major one, as it generates the requests for materials and spare parts and necessary human resources for the implementation of repairs, etc .;

  • Operational management of maintenance and repairs - store and manage the work orders for repairs and maintenance, and generates reapir reports. Allows testing of equipment and keeping the test results data. Alows system-admission access control of technical personnel to certain areas and equipment.

  • Management of technical staff - provides data on registration of personnel associated with repairs by storing information about the position, qualification, division and others. It provides an opportunity for planning staffing needs, planning of employment, personnel control and analysis of personnel skills.

  • Inventory Management - allows managing warehouses and inventories, providing operational and spread information. To provide operations admittance and discharge of materials, removal from storage in a warehouse, a report on serial numbers, quality management, inventory, etc .;

  • Administration - a module for securing the control of system parameters. Supports wide set of control tools for modification, archiving and monitoring the activity of users. Provides access control by creating different user profiles and roles;

Archimed MRO data access management

Data access restrictions can be implemented at the record or field level. There are actions performed on database objects (catalogs, documents, and so on) that read or modify information stored in the database. These include:

  • Read. Obtaining records or record fragments from a database table.
  • Add. Adding new records without changing the other ones.
  • Edit. Editing the existing records.
  • Delete. Deleting some records without changing the other ones.

Customizing roles allows you to set additional conditions for handling data (data access restrictions). In this case, a requested action can be performed on a specific object stored in the database only if the data access restriction for this object's data is set to TRUE. You can set similar conditions for database tables that do not store objects (for example, for registers) as well. Different restrictions can be specified for different fields of object tables and information registers. This allows you to set restrictions at both database record level and database field level.


Ad-hoc reports

Besides standard reports and queries in the system are possibilities for compiling the necessary reports and statements and achieve full BI (business inteligense). The generation of ad-hoc reports is a standard feature of the system. The composition of the proposed decision, unless previously developed references will be included "Console reports", which is a flexible interactive tool for creating ad-hoc reports. It allows fast and visually generating reports from the client application, as users do not need to have any programming knowledge. Using the Console reports can visually construct an unlimited number of records.


Archimed MRO API

Archimed MRO offers a mature and fully documented application programming interface (API) with the ability to manage all the main functions for managing processes and related content. The main functions of the application programming interface (API) to allow the system to perform the following basic actions:

  • Creating, processing and exchanging data in different formats;
  • Access to all objects in the system with their main parameters and methods of manipulation;
  • Support different protocols for data exchange;
  • Support different methods for interacting with external systems.


Integration

integrationArchimed MRO offers two main options for integration with other systems, allowing to cover a wide range of tasks:

  • Server Side Integration - enables integration with other systems providing or accessing the data available on the server system. Here, for example, can integrate Plug-In modules for data extraction for full-text indexing of documents with unusual formats, build a federal search other databases or file structures, implementation of internal administrative services within the e-governance systems and exchanges documents through document exchasnge hub.
  • Client Side Integration - suitable for integration with systems available on the workstations of the users. Here, for example, can indicate integration with e-mail client Outlook, a package of Microsoft Office, as well as specialized hardware and software systems, installed on the user workstation - recognition system forms (FormOCR) for automatic indexing and metadata filling , bar code scanners, document scanners, multifunction network devices, etc.
